Is there a minimum quantity?
No there is no minimum quantity requirement. We can do custom made one-offs to bulk orders.

Can I supply the garments?
Yes you can supply the garments. We do not have an issue with this.

What about set up costs?
Set up cost do vary according to your design, once we give you a quote you are not charged a repeat set up fee, the design is yours (however circumstances do apply).

How much for Uptempo Design to design my artwork?
We charge a rate of $50 an hour.

How do I get a quote?
You can either use our order form or just send us an email and our friendly team will respond to you within 2-3 hours.

What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time is approx 7-10 working days but we can be flexible. There is a rush fee of 20% if the order is needed within 2 days.

Are white garments cheaper than colours?
A print on a white garments can be cheaper, it does depend on your design though. If the design is full colour then yes it would be cheaper than a black shirt.

What happens if I cancel my order?
As long as we havent printed the job and there is plenty of notice there should not be a problem with this, however the more notice the better.

Can I get samples?
Yes, we generally do order free samples as long as they are small amounts.

What happens if I cant use the order form?
If the form does not appear to work, please email us and we will get back to you and go through your job with you over the phone/via email.

Can you PMS match?
Yes, we can match PMS colour. Please note all PMS colours are within 10%.

How do I provide my artwork? All artwork needs to be provided in a high resolution format (.pdf or .eps preferred), the better quality the artwork, the better the result.
You can upload with the order form or just send us an email.

What font style can I choose? You can choose any font you wish but you must tell us the name of the font used with your order (there is a website called dafont.com which has a lot of fonts to choose from)

Can I choose speciality inks/glitter/fluros? Yes we do provide the speciality inks, it just has to be specified in your order and quoted accordingly.
